Adnane is a natural-born entrepreneur who began his entrepreneurial journey at the age of 20 by taking over a family business in the deep-sea fishing sector while simultaneously pursuing a successful academic path in business school, followed by a Master’s in Banking and Finance. He started his career in 1998 at Groupe SNI/ONA, where he held roles as a Trader on the Casablanca Stock Exchange and later as a Group Financial Controller, overseeing projects focused on identifying new growth drivers, cost reduction, and profitability improvement. In 2004, he joined COMANAV, where he held various leadership positions, including Financial Controller, Group CFO, and General Secretary, before ultimately assuming the role of CEO.

Today, Adnane serves as Partner – Deputy General Manager at Azur Innovation Management, a fund management company, where he oversees the entire investment process, from sourcing to portfolio management. Throughout his career, he has remained closely connected to the entrepreneurial ecosystem, founding and developing several businesses across various industries, including luxury cosmetics, communications, health-focused agribusiness, and strategy consulting. In addition to his professional endeavors, Adnane is deeply committed to civil society and the business world, actively engaging with international NGOs and contributing to initiatives that drive economic and social impact.
